IMG_20160709_162140Shooting some live orthopedic procedures today and I wondered how squeamish I would get around cadaver parts.

The first I saw was a leg. Limp and bloodless it hardly looked real, like some sort of rubber prop. I didn’t feel squeamish because it didn’t seem like much, just a leg, just a body part – a mass of flesh and bone.

At last glance I noticed a tatoo near the ankle and my view changed entirely.
