It was also a great ride back home yesterday.
I could only pop a tiny wheelie, but the kid was just as excited.
is that the new Midland trail running al the way to Manitou? Some sections on there that look like you’re just south of the 30th Street Safeway?

Ya man, pretty much complete, with the exception of using Naegel Rd. between 21st and 25th (but it a low use road anyway). The only hassle is crossing Colorado from the Garden of the Gods Campground and the stretch between Naegel and the trail at 21st.
Trail is on other side of creek behind Safeway, always see the deer there, it seems.
It follows and crosses the creek (several bridges) which makes for a pretty nice ride!
Had to comply to the wheelie request, that kid reminded me of myself!
